In a supermarket first, Lidl is launching a show-stopping ‘Ginsecco’ Easter Egg. Dubbed to be one of 2019’s key drink trends [1], Ginsecco is a delectable combination of sharp gin and sweet Prosecco and is set to take the world by storm this year.

The combination, which sees two of the nation’s favourite tipples meet in harmony, makes its chocolate debut with Lidl’s luxury egg which pairs Ginsecco perfectly with milk chocolate for a delicious and unique flavour.  

Hand decorated with a golden lustre, Lidl’s Deluxe Golden Sculpture Egg looks almost too good to eat! Made from luxury Belgian milk chocolate, the delicious egg is accompanied by irresistibly smooth Ginsecco and chocolate ganache mini eggs.  Costing just £12.99, the indulgent chocolate treat is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face this Easter.

As with all Lidl’s own brand chocolate, the Deluxe Golden Sculpture Egg is certified UTZ, which stands for sustainable farming, so customers can rest assured their Easter treats are ethically sourced.
