HOW WE WORK WITH SUPPLIERS

Lidl GB

The Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP) ensures the largest UK grocery retailers deal fairly and lawfully with their suppliers.

GSCOP governs all Lidl GB supply agreements of groceries for resale in the UK. As a responsible retailer, we are committed to comply with the Code at all times. Should you have any concerns about Lidl GB's Code compliance, please talk to your buyer in the first instance or contact our CCO, Sophie Wettlaufer (compliance@lidl.co.uk). Like all CCOs, Sophie has committed to keep any supplier contact confidential until the supplier agrees that she may discuss the matter with the relevant Buying team. While we always hope that suppliers will raise a concern with us directly so that we can resolve any issues as swiftly as possible, we understand that some suppliers may not be comfortable doing so. In these instances, the GCA may be contacted directly or via the anonymous ‘Tell the GCA’ reporting platform: www.telltheGCA.co.uk
